Fish Stock For Fresh Water Fish

Fischbrühe
Ingredients

  • 2280 ml (4 pints water)
  • 1 Glass white wine
  • 2 sliced onions
  • Parsley, thyme, bayleaves
  • salt and peppercorns
Cook all ingredients together for thirty or forty minutes. Strain before using.
